R & R Entertainment shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing this agreement resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly. From any act of God, fire or other casualty, accident, breakdown of, damage to, or unavailability of transportation or equipment or any other cause beyond our control. Contracting party shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of and provide all reasonable protection to prevent damage, injery or loss to, the emcees, equipment and all other persons. Contracting party shall be responsable to promptly remedy the damage, injery or loss if such occurs. R & R Entertainment is commited to customer satisfaction and pledges courtesy and resonable service. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
